Privacy policy

This policy covers seoserviceperth.com, operated by OffLift LLC. It describes what we actually collect, which is very little, rather than listing everything a website could theoretically collect.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry. The form on this site collects your name, email address, website address, an optional phone or WhatsApp number, and whatever you write in the message field. We use those details to reply to your enquiry and for nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list, and there is no automated follow-up sequence.
When you just read the site. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and move through this website. It records things like the pages you view, roughly where in the world you are, the type of device you use, and which site or search sent you here. We use it to work out which pages are worth improving, not to identify you personally.
Google Analytics sets cookies on your device to do this, named
_ga and _ga_*. They are first-party cookies and they
typically last up to two years. You can block or delete them in your browser
settings at any time, or install Google's
opt-out browser add-on,
and the site will work exactly the same.
Beyond that there is no Tag Manager, no advertising or remarketing pixel, no heatmap or session recording tool, and no chat widget.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard server request data such as IP address and user agent in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. That is a normal function of any web host and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
Who else sees it
- Cloudflare hosts the site and delivers it.
- Resend delivers enquiry emails from the form to our inbox.
- Google, through Google Analytics, processes the usage data described above. Google is based overseas, so that data is handled outside Australia under Google's own privacy policy.
- Calendly, only if you use the booking calendar. That is a third party with its own privacy policy, and it may set its own cookies when the calendar loads. Everything else on this site works without it.
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or pass it to anyone not listed above.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails stay in our inbox so we have a record of the conversation. If you ask us to delete yours, we will delete it and confirm that we have.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@seoserviceperth.com and we will respond. There is no form and no process to navigate.
Changes to this policy
If we add anything that collects data, such as analytics, this page is updated before it goes live rather than afterwards. The date at the top reflects the last substantive change.
