What we do
We provide search engine optimisation services in Perth and across Australia: local SEO, ecommerce SEO, technical work and the content and authority building that sits on top of them. Most engagements begin with an audit and narrow from there to two or three things that actually matter for that site.
How we work
Every engagement starts with looking at the site properly before anybody proposes anything. That order matters more than it sounds: a proposal written before the diagnosis is a package sold from a menu, and it is how businesses end up paying for link building when the real problem is that half their pages are not indexed.
You deal directly with the person doing the work. Nothing is offshored, and nothing is handed to a junior with a checklist. The practical cost of that is capacity: we can only run a few engagements properly at once, and when we are full we say so.
We quote per engagement rather than publishing a rate card, and we explain what drives the number on the pricing page rather than hiding behind a contact form.
What we will not do
Some of this industry runs on tactics that work briefly and leave the client holding the liability. We do not buy links, use private networks or sell link packages, because the gains are withdrawn and the domain keeps the problem. We do not write, incentivise or filter reviews, which breaches Australian Consumer Law as well as Google policy. We do not build a page for every suburb, and we do not publish content at a volume no human could have reviewed.
We also will not put numbers on this website that we cannot evidence. There are no invented client counts, no years-of-experience figure, no awards and no star ratings, because every one of those is trivially fabricated and we would rather you assume the ones we do publish are real.
What we have not got yet
Most agency about pages are written to imply more than exists. Here is the inverse, which is more useful to you and cheaper for us than being found out.
- No Perth office. We work remotely. There is no address in the footer because there is not one to publish.
- No Australian phone number yet. Email and WhatsApp reach the same person, usually faster than a phone would.
- No Google Business Profile. A verified profile needs a real staffed address, so we do not have one, which means we have no Google reviews either.
- A short public track record. Two case studies with real Search Console data, published with the dates and the limits stated. Not a wall of logos.
Each of those becomes untrue the day it changes, and this page gets updated rather than quietly rewritten.

SeoServicePerth.com is operated by OffLift LLC, a registered company that also builds and ships software products. That engineering background is the reason the technical side of what we do is the strongest part, and it is also why this website loads the way it does.

Who actually does the work?
The same person you speak to on the audit call. There is no account manager layer and no team of juniors behind the quote. That limits how many clients we can take at once, which is a real constraint rather than a positioning line.
Are you based in Perth?
We operate as a Perth focused SEO company and work remotely. There is no shopfront and no staffed Perth office, so you will not find an address in the footer. We would rather have a missing address than a virtual one.
