The totals shown are what the property recorded over that period. We do not publish a percentage improvement, because that would need an independently verified baseline from before the engagement and we do not have one. Some of this would have happened anyway.
The client is not named, at their preference. That makes this weaker evidence than the named engagements, and you should weigh it accordingly. We have described what the data shows rather than what we did, because summarising work you cannot attribute is not worth much.
